Guidelines for after a Session

You have just honored yourself by participating in a biofield balancing session. Your choice reflects your commitment to vitality and wholeness. While we cannot predict the form of your transformation, you may notice specific and immediate results, and over time, you may open to an ongoing cascade of healing. Your system's innate wisdom and any spiritual resources you draw upon direct this process for your highest good.

The session you had is complete in itself. Below are ways you can enhance your experience if you feel so led. Where appropriate, first consult with medical personnel from whom you receive care. Biofield techniques complement their work.
Make sure you are grounded and fully alert before walking or driving.
Tapping your heels up and down on the ground helps.

Drink plenty of water (at least 6-8 glasses today, or whatever your doctor recommends).

Honor yourself in the ways which suit you, whether time alone or in nature, enjoying exercise, a warm bath, or simple gratitude.
**Any form of biofield balancing or energy work can fine-tune your system for more effective and efficient functioning. This can extend to potentiating (increasing the effectiveness of) medications you take. Diligently attend to how your body is handling medication and whether you need to see the prescribing physician to adjust the dose to your current health status.**

Best to you in health and well-being,
Jeanine
