Jeanine's Sugar-Free Banana Milkshake

ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
3/4 cup 1% milk
fresh ground nutmeg to taste
1 packet Splenda® or other low-caloric sweetener as sweet as 2 teaspoons sugar

instructions:
Fully freeze the banana. Thoroughly purée in a blender or food-processor all ingredients. Serve immediately. Makes one portion.
