TAT® for Shining Our Light

Telebundle on 11-11-11 ~ Recording available through 12-12-2011 ~ facilitated by
Jeanine DuBois ~ Compassion's Doorway

Thanks to Tapas for announcing in her 11-11-11 Newsletter about a
501(c)3 non-profit which is raising funds to support a study
(in the finishing stages of the research proposal)
on using TAT for stress reduction in combat veterans.
I am donating 5% of the proceeds from this TAT to this worthy cause.

I am delighted to join with you in doing TAT for shining our Light, being our true selves!

We are sharing Tapas Acupressure Technique® to let go of that which blocks us from
being who we truly are
experiencing value for our true selves
allowing the Light of our true selves to shine
valuing all beings' true selves
welcoming and receiving all the love and support we each need and desire

Blocks could include fears, doubts, internal conflicts, resentment, distrust, uncertainty, confusion, judgment, and more.

Through TAT, the stuck places in our lives gently dissolve,
leaving our true beautiful selves without the overlay of distress.
As our perception changes (those limiting beliefs and old ideas), everything changes to match the new perception, the blueprint of our true self.

Ph.D. cellular biologist Bruce Lipton explains, "Perceptions have a tremendous influence in shaping the character and experiences of our lives.  ...  They are more influential than positive thinking because they are more than mere thoughts in your mind. Perceptions are beliefs that permeate every cell...." <http://www.brucelipton.com/articles/the-nature-of-dis-ease/>

Reflections from previous participants...

"Jeanine is a professional and gentle TAT leader. She is empathetic, considerate and compassionate. I felt easily accepted and at ease in the safe environment she created. It allowed me to completely relax and enjoy the benefit of the TAT process over Skype." Heather Wilks - TAT Professional, Australia, 2011 January 16

"Jeanine has a very assured and experienced approach, and easily incorporated individual needs and feedback into the group process. This provided a very personal feel to the group TAT, and allowed me to completely relax." Anne, Holistic Counsellor, 2011 January 13

"Jeanine had such a lovely and intuitive way of walking beside us rather than leading us through the telebundle... My heartfelt thanks." --Pam L.,  2011 March 6
